Currently, we source fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairies, and staples directly from local farmers and agro-processors and deliver them to various kinds of businesses such as grocery stores, retail shops, and restaurants. We are building the future of food distribution in Africa.

We are recruiting for the roles below:

MARKET ANALYST

Requirements

  • Min Qualification: BSC/HND
  •  Education: Statistics or related
  • Main skills: research, analytical, projections, and insights delivery.
  • Core Job: Regularly monitor and chronicle market forces such as price, supply, and demand levels of agricultural products among others.
  • Experience: at least, 1year of market research experience is an added advantage
  • Must be resident in Benin City.

SALES ASSOCIATE( Farmer)

Requirements

  • Min Qualification: BSC/HND
  • Education: Agric-related
  • Main skills: persuasion, support, drive growth, achieve set targets.
  • Core Job: Onboard farmers and suppliers and facilitate procurement from them based on the company’s procurement plan
  • Experience: at least, 1year of working with farmers is needed
  • Must be resident in Benin City.

SALES ASSOCIATE (Business)

Requirements

  • Min Qualification: BSC/HND
  •  Education: Any field
  • Main skills: persuasion, support, drive growth, achieve set targets.
  • Core Job: Onboard new retail outlets of different sizes and drive sales targets.
  • Experience: at least 1year experience in sales of FMCG is needed
  • Must be resident in Benin City.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Requirements

  • Min Qualification: BSC/HND
  • Education: Any field
  • Main skills: persuasion, support, drive growth, achieve set targets.
  • Core Job: Onboard new retail outlets of different sizes and drive sales targets.
  • Experience: at least 1year experience in sales of FMCG is needed

COMMUNITY MANAGER(social media, PR ,and comms)

Requirements

  • Min Qualification: BSC/HND
  • Education: Any field
  • Main skill: social media, blogging, branding, content development, relationship with media channels ,etc
  • Core Job: Tell the world about us and turn customers and farmers into fans
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience as a social media manager, content developer, public relations, digital marketing, or business branding is needed
  • Can work remotely partially

TERRITORY SALES MANAGER

Requirements

  • Min Qualification: BSC/HND
  • Education: Any field
  • Main Skills: leadership, analytic, go-getter
  • Core Job: Lead team to achieve sales target
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in FMCG sales is required.
  • Must be resident in Benin City

QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST

  • Min Qualification: BSC/HND
  •  Education: Microbiology or any other related discipline
  • Main Skill: attention to details, value for life
  • Core Job: Food quality testing and assurance
  • Experience: previous related experience is necessary
  • Must be resident in Benin City

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

  • Qualification: HND/BSC
  •  Education: Any field
  • Main skills: good command of English and ability to think and dress smart and work with the computer proficiently.
  •  Core Job: Attend to the admin operations needs and perform clerical and reception functions
  •  Experience: prior experience is an added advantage
  • Must be resident in Benin City
