It has been a very tasking and difficult period for one of the former housemates of the Big Brother Naija show that just ended a few weeks ago.
Though Laycon was declared winner, the Benue people took this matter to a shocking level and gave Kidwayya a rousing welcome home party, leaving lots of Indigenes in the state wondering why the celebration as though he won the show.
Recall that a Nigerian National team player, playing for the Super Falcons last week, expressed her dismay over how Kidwayya was given a hero’s welcome, while she never was mentioned even though she won trophies for Nigeria and still winning, thereby making her state, Benue proud.
This time around, Kidwayya has been called out yet again for being too stingy and not parting with cash, after he visited a camp for internally displaced persons, and donated a few items that some calculated to be less than fifty thousand naira.
A media personality and Facebook influencer, Mr. King Apeh Peterhot, while sharing the news about KiddWaya’s visit to the IDP camp, used the word billionaire in quote, sparking reactions from his fans and other Facebook users.
See what King Apeh Peterhot wrote:
“Kiddwaya, the “billionaire’s son” was also at the Benue IDPs camp. He donated some food items to the displaced persons.
Reacting to the post, a visibly irritated and no-nonsense Facebook user ‘Agbo Sam Adah’ immediately commented, howbeit in a funny manner.
” Everything in this picture is N46, 780
Maybe some are still in the car 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂”
Yet another comment came from Mrs. Eric Amodu, popularly referred to as ‘The Harder Harder Guy’, here is what he posted:
“4 cartons of indomie chicken = 4,400
2 cartons of hungry man size =2500
2 cartons of spaghetti = 3000
1 carton of sugar = 5000
2 bags of bottled water = 1500
1 carton of always pad =2500
20 litres of vegetable oil = 12000
1 pack of toilet tissue paper =500
Total = N31, 400
Billionaire son indeed.”
Coming to the defence of Kidwayya, some persons who commented stated that, he is the son of a billionaire, but not the billionaire himself and so, should be given some reprieve. See attached comments…
