Mohbad: I pray my death won’t be used to promote my glory… – Portable

Following the death of Nigerian rapper Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, better known as Mohbad, controversial Nigerian music artiste Habeeb Okikiola, known professionally as Portable, has prayed against untimely death that would be used to promote his glory.

Tribune online reports that Mohbad passed away on Tuesday at the age of 27.

Since the news of his demise was made public, celebrities, fans, and other Nigerians have continued to react to the shocking death.

Taking to his verified Instagram page shortly after the death was confirmed, the ‘Zazu’ crooner prayed against untimely death that would be used to promote his glory, adding that he wished to be celebrated while still alive.

He also enjoined his followers not to forget to pray for a long life as they are praying for money.

He wrote, “As you dey pray for money dey pray make the money last 🙏 As you dey pray make he last dey pray make you last… a close mouth is a close destiny.

Forget hurrying your water will never float pass you, appreciate God for what you are hoping for and as you do so testimony shall follow ZAZUU IKA OF AFRICA 🌎.

“On God who gets God no dey carry last today is another day another blessing …. we can never lose again.

God please, I don’t want to die young don’t let them use my death 💀 promote my glory let the world celebrate me when I am still alive.”
